"Have had issues with their portal"

Have had issues with their portal, the cleaner and overall user experience. When I complained the next email i received was from them asking me to review them. Then the following email I was asked to review again. It takes about 48 hours to hear anything back.

"Not the first time I had problems with"

Not the first time I had problems with this company and cleaners cancelling at the last minute. The same yesterday - scheduled a once off clean and she cancelled me less than 24 hours - gave me a replacement which is ok but no phone call from the 1st cleaner or from Helping - when I went in to write a review on her for cancelling her account was blocked - no review can be submitted. Helping did call me and offered 15% discount - saying that they suspended her account because of other issues with her cleaning - therefore she was not vetted!!!!Asked for a manager to call me but mothering so far. This is not the first time this has happened to me - but certainly the last

The cleaner was very polite, pleasant, friendly and efficient in her work. I went back to the house and it was in the best order it could be in! Helpling also called me to check up on my arrangements with the cleaner, they have an excellent sense of serving customers. highly recommended!!

"A good platform to look into!"

A good platform to look into! To be honest I didn't know where to look at for hiring a cleaner. I was a skeptic and then I found helpling. Not the best website but the cleaners are great! I got a completely new cleaner to clean my place and although I was nervous about that she cleaned the place pretty well. Imagine then how is the experienced one? Pretty great platform!

"Embrace the mess, because you'll be cleaning your own gaff!"

I have never used an online marketplace platform I was *less* impressed with. Firstly, you can't change your address on the website, so you have to email their customer service (which is hard to find), and wait a day for the change. Then, my 5-star scheduled cleaner cancelled the day before. No problem, though, because Helpling messaged me that another replacement would be coming... except that one didn't show, either. Calls and texts to the cleaner and to the office (closed, of course)... nothing. This was a HUGE problem because we scheduled the clean the day of move-out, and had to scramble to do it ourselves. Great, thanks for ruining moving day even more than normal, Not-Helpling!
