"I'm not really happy with my experience"

I'm not really happy with my experience with them. They have promised me around 2.50 ms latency for 3 platforms if i buy the Basic plan. So i did it ,but only one of the 3 MT4 platforms is running well (around 2.50ms) , the second one has around 10 ms and the third one around 7.00ms. I just want to mention the fact that i'm using a same broker. Please let me know why the speed is so slow on the other 2 accounts ?? Can you fix it for me ?

Great internet connection and low latency for NY server VPS. CPU speed for basic VPS is not fast but acceptable as most of the time I got my Expert Advisors set up and running in MT4 then I will leave it open. Good value for money.
