"I initially got a great sales service"
I initially got a great sales service and they were very knowledgeable about the cars that were available to me. I did have to deal directly with Tesla which I would not have expected to have to do. This was a company car and my HR department had not been informed that I was taking delivery of the car had I not checked that they knew I would not have had insurance for the car. I have also asked for assistance in getting a cherished number plate on the car, this has not happened yet and I have to chase to get any information on this.

"Great customer care."
As a small business, we have an electric vehicle on order through Drive Electric (our first venture into electric motoring). I have found Drive Electric very easy to deal with and efficient. They have guided us through the whole process to make my life easier. Unfortunately the production of our vehicle has been delayed (manufacturer not D.E.) which potentially left us with a vehicle shortage. A Again, Drive Electric acted quickly and sourced a short term vehicle for us at the agreed lease rate and had it delivered free of charge and fully charged. Again, and no fault of D.E., the loan car arrived in a filthy condition, rubble and waste in the footwells etc from the dealer. Yet again D.E. acted quickly and made immediate payment so we could have the car fully valeted locally. Great service. Special thanks to Roxy and Henry for being on the ball. Can't wait for our actual vehicle to arrive. PS, we already love driving electric, it's so quiet in the car with literally zero engine noise. :)
