"5 stars - well deserved !"

I would highly recommend Distinctive Windows & Doors. Kevin came to give us a quote and we were very impressed with way he came across and with the product that he bought with him to show us, unlike another highly advertised company who, after giving me the quote , rang 10 times between 2pm and 7pm. The work done by Shaun and Jason was brilliant. The job took 5 days and each evening they tidied up and hoovered before they left . Windows completed and they look brilliant!

"Distinctive Windows -impeccable, stress free, five star service!"

Our experience with Distinctive Windows has been fantastic from start to finish. Kevin was extremely professional, honest and helpful when he came to quote for our new windows and doors. We had a number of quotes but, the quality and expertise of Distinctive Windows was obvious. We were able to book the installation for a time that suited us. The installations for the whole house including patio doors and front door only took two days. The quality of the products are great and the fitting has far surpassed our expectations. The fitter (Rob) was fantastic, the windows and doors look amazing, and he was great with our toddler and dog - which is such a relief when you have people coming into your home. We are over the moon with the work that has been done and the final result, genuinely cannot recommend Distinctive Windows highly enough.

"Windows are of good quality"

Windows are of good quality. However some of the window inner boards fitted were not fitted horizontally. There were some damaged to the outside dash rendering. The damage was repaired with poorly matching mortar mix and shows up as poor patched up job. I now have to find a specialist to repair the mess left on the wall rendering which is going to cost much more than I expected. Such damage to the wall should have been put right by window installing company, therefore this is a disappointment to me. Hence 3 stars only.

"Distinctive Windows.."

Distinctive Windows... What can i say. Kevin very professional and easy to discuss business with. Kevin's quote was the second of three quote's. For me it wasn't all about price, my main concern was having the job done correctly which i pointed out to Kevin. I had all my window's replaced, patio doors and front door. The fitter Rob, great guy total respect to him and his craftsmanship. I had to wait 2 weeks longer for the front door to be fitted, reason for that, the door got scratched or damaged at the factory before being sent, however Kevin kept me informed and i'm not the easiest person to contact. Sorry Kevin. I will leave you with a quote from the guy from safe style... " Oh i know Kevin Coyne can't fault him" that sold it for me. Thanks Kevin. Great job Rob.
