"RUDE, ARGUMENTATIVE AND UNHELPFUL"
Just called you regarding a problem with a bill and telephone number the call handler was extremely rude, unhelpful and argumentative. Will be cancelling my switch as a result. Mr Sharp After an inadequate response from the call supervisor, I cancelled my switch but they still took the money anyway. Avoid this firm at all costs.

"Does exactly what it says on the tin"
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Excellent product, suited my circumstances with a month to month option. Speed was never an issue, always had max quoted. Would definitely use them again if I needed a short term service offering.

"Stands above the rest"
Dealing with ISP's has always been a nightmare for me until I joined Directsave. The service is good the call centre staff are friendly and easy to understand. On the rare occasion when there has been a problem it was dealt with very quickly. Unlike some other ISP's when Directsave make a promise they keep to it.

I would like to recommend Direct Save Telecom as I have found they are the cheapest company compared to BT's high prices for low users like myself.
