Chaletjardin logistics were good, quality of the abri is not so good, we poured a concrete slab and set up the abri,with professionals. Painted the whole abri with2 layers of paint. In summertime when the climate becomes hot the resin starts flowing massively out of the wooden planks, the planks start 3working" and open spaces appear between the planks, very disappointing

"Had a nightmare with delivery"

Had a nightmare with delivery. Told them an HGV couldn't come down our road but they still sent one so the garage had to be driven up the hill on a forklift. Then we discovered 3 planks were warped but were told we would have to wait 6 weeks for a replacement... They then told us to find a local carpenter to do it. The driver was very polite but the customer service was very poor. We wouldn't buy anything large from them again.

"Excellent chalet ----- but!!!"

The chalet was fine, timber excellent. Instructions needed in English, as we are English!! Guy I spoke to when ordering was good But delivery was a nightmare . A huge delivery vehicle arrived and partially blocked the road . Even though we have a long drive it couldn't turn so everything was unloaded in the road. ( we've had no trouble with other large vehicles) The delivery vehicle was just too long.
