There should be an option for 0 stars! We have been chasing a refund for three months now and the elusive Rory appears to never be in the office nor does he fulfill any promises to callback. Do not use this company!!!! Ok, On posting of this review above I received a call from Rory. He agreed to pursue the refund on our behalf and has been true to his word. I have had a few calls from him as he chased up the refund and I am delighted to say it is in our account today. I have amended the star rating based on Rorys input but unfortunately I cannot go further as up until then the service was very much lacking.

"TREACHEROUS & UNSCRUPULOUS"

ZERO *. I too was assured that my money would be refunded if there was no sale. I was also assured that they had an interested private investor and that I should hurry to sign up. I specified the lowest price I would accept and that I wasn’t sure that I even wanted to sell. I was assured there was no risk. The offer I got for my 2-year-old luxury home was £385K, £100k less than I paid for it. I am being charged £1299 plus VAT for this non-service travesty. I have no option but to pay. BEWARE!! DO NOT SIGN.
