"Absolutely awful.."

Absolutely awful..! Please do not make the mistake of purchasing a financial product off these fools - so I bought my mum a car and I am the owner of the car and took insurance from ageas - although I own the car my mum is the policy holder (as she is the main driver). Any way my car got stolen off my drive, apprently through the keyless system - this is where my problem starts.. so I made a claim and from the off I was spoken to like I'm guilty until proven innocent.. so in my policy documents it's states the policy holder (my mother) is not the owner of the car. I have explained to ageas many many times over numerous amount of calls (by the way the customer service team can't see any notes on the system from any other dept which means I have to start all over again every time you call and then wait to be transferred) that I am the owner of the car, so they invalidated my policy and cancelled my claim - but yet I have their policy documents sent to me which shows my mother was not the registered keeper.. and for some reason they can't seem to comprehend this, so now after leaving me in 18k debt I get a letter telling me my policy will be cancelled on the 27th of August, I took the policy out on the 31/07/18, car stolen on the 9th of August, letter on the 17th of August to say my policy will be cancelled on the 27th of August - but they try to take out a premium on the 28th of August.. and I'm trying to fix this terrible mess but they are only open during hours I work 9-5 so to sum it up.. I made a claim, they cancelled my claim and the policy.. leave me in debt when I'm not at fault then try to charge me a premium .. I will get this sorted eventually but the level of stress and tension is dire - so please don't do this to urself

good treatment although got my address wrong, your online account does not work properly and had to telephone 3 times for over an hour before i could speak to someone to correct problem. i found email address and telephone number hard to find!
