"No paperwork for car insurance"

Some time ago I renewed car insurance for a second year and have received NO paperwork of any kind I have made numerous phone calls Written a letter to an Eastleigh address obtained from the Ageas website No reply in either case. my,ageas.co.uk is not recognised as a web site. I then tried to rejoin and was told I was already insured. I hope that is true. I have discovered that Rias and Ageas are connected in some way Ominous !!!!! Funnily enough I received almost immediatly 14th Sept a reply aboit the problem from RIAS Nothing frm AGEAS

WHEN i applied for the insurance i said i did not want it till the 28/09/2020 i sent in my copy of my no claims just to be told i can not have the policy has my old policy is still running i know this it runs out on the 27/09/2020

User friendly when using website however impossible to contact by phone when a problem arrises and £25 admin fee is extortion

"Application Handle With Aplomb & Courtesy"

Could I just make a special mention of your telephone representative called Tim? As a dinosaur, I was slowly making my way through my on-line application when just as I was completing with my bank details I was timed out. A phone call to Tim was handled with aplomb and courtesy and my application was completed. Just a point on the 10 minutes cut off time - maybe 15 minutes would be better for us old-timers?!

"Stay clear!!"

Stay clear!! My father 83 yrs old has just taken out car insurance with Ageas he made date of purchase mistake on application form and they have charged him £94.80 to change date. On top of the £385.66 they have taken off him. Please use another insurer. Just called again To reply below to be told same thing as before my fathers mistake and they have changed him £94.80 administration fee to change it? Greig Glasgow
