"After years made one claim for less"

After years made one claim for less than £100. Renewal premium bumped up so much that it will cost me hundreds of ££s over next few years. Only option to change insurers - which I will be doing

"After having my brand new CRV damaged "

After having my brand new CRV damaged in a hit and run on Sunday, I phoned ageas and the woman was wonderful , very calming to a very angry and upset owner of said brand new car . I then spoke with a very well known garage and was told they had already had the go ahead for parts costing over £2000 on Monday and my fully repaired car will be with me on Friday , at no point have ageas been anything but helpful and professional and I can't rate them high enough.

"Diabolical service! Two years - still not paid out as promised for Transit write off"

Brilliant while everything is going ok on a policy, but then their approach was not paying out on a no fault accident write off of a guy's transit van, essential for his livelyhood. Delays, lost files, excuses, silence, that's their history in helping this customer. He is still waiting for payment they said they would send him, nearly TWO YEARS after the accident. Still has no van, and his family is living hand to mouth, in PO22. Diabolical service Ageas! It would be good if you would finally sort this mess out.

"Awful to deal with"

Do not use Ageas insurance. Awful and practically non existent customer service. They have left a 77 year old widower high and dry for nearly a week with a hole in her roof. After chasing and looking at a few photos they have accused her of not maintaining the roof and therefore will not arrange for it to be fixed for her. Offered a payment but she has to sort everything herself. Absolutely disgusted at their lack of customer service to an elderly, vulnerable lady. Heaven knows if a payment will ever be received. Avoid this company at all costs.
